  Over My Head / Beneath My Dignity

  Written and directed by Kieron Barry

  In 2015 Kieron Barry wrote and directed a music video for his then girlfriend who was attempting to launch a career as a singer. A few weeks after the video was completed she left him; she witnessed him undergo a panic attack and claimed she could not be with someone who had a ‘mental illness'. Permission has not been granted to stream the video with her music, and thus it is accompanied here by a choral work performed by Voces 8. (More information on the break-up is to be found in the play ‘The Official Adventures of Kieron & Jade’, which premiered in Catskill, New York, in 2017.)
